| | Our room blocks at the conference hotels are sold out, and most downtown Seattle hotels are nearing capacity for conference dates. If you do not yet have a hotel room, you may search for lodging on the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau Web site. Please note that EDUCAUSE will not issue a registration refund after September 25, 2007, if you are unable to secure a hotel room. Review our cancellation policy. |

| 2. | How can I get from the airport to my hotel? |

| 3. | I am driving to the conference. Will there be parking available? |

| 4. | Which hotels will have shuttle service to the Washington State Convention Center? |
| | There will be complimentary, continuous shuttle throughout the day to and from eighteen of the twenty-three conference hotels. A detailed shuttle schedule will be included in your attendee tote. |

| 5. | If I cancel my registration is my hotel room automatically canceled, and vice versa? |
| | No, these are independent of each other, and you need to cancel each separately. |
