State Systems Constituent GroupThis constituent group focuses on planning, coordinating, facilitating, and/or providing technology services for state higher education systems. Of particular interest are areas in which collaboration adds value, reduces costs, and encourages cooperation. Primary participants include directors or managers of IT for state systems or coalitions of colleges, coordinators of statewide networks, and system-level IT users such as directors of distance learning coalitions. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE annual conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
