Midwest Regional Conference 2012

Midwest Regional Conference

March 2628 • Chicago, Illinois
Measuring Our Present, Mapping Our Future, Moving Forward Together

Portland Oregon

The EDUCAUSE Midwest Regional Conference will be held March 26–28, 2012, in Chicago.

This year's conference, “Measuring Our Present, Mapping Our Future, Moving Forward Together,” focuses on three fundamental questions:

Where are we now?
Where are we going?
How are we going to get there?

Our institutions are facing enormous challenges in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.  Peter Drucker once noted that “the best way to predict your future is to create it.”  At this gathering we will address how to create our individual futures together.

Registration is open. Browse the program to see what innovative and practical ideas are being presented, and what hot topics will be discussed. Be inspired to take a critical look at where you are currently, and where you can go when you return to campus.

Who Should Attend?

The Midwest Regional Conference is designed for higher education IT professionals and faculty who work in: administration, cybersecurity, information systems, IT  infrastructure, IT leadership and management, library systems, policy, and teaching and learning.

The conference will be held March 26–28, 2012. Affinity group and networking opportunities will be available the morning of March 26 before the event begins; additional details will be available soon.

Make the most of your visit by exploring Chicago. The conference will take place at the Swissôtel Chicago, conveniently located downtown in the Chicago Loop.
