Position Description:

Under the direction of the User Support Specialist II, assists with
planning, implementation and support for microcomputer networks and
applications. Provides network and PC systems coordination and
integrations of services with acceptable University policy and procedures.
Selects, configures and manages the software application packages
databases, ad hoc reporting, spreadsheet, etc.) required to provide
end users with the services and support they need to perform their work
efficiently.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Business plus
three (3) years of experience in computer information systems supporting
end-user computing, preferably in a hospital setting which includes
experience in system implementation and support with emphasis on
computer networking and user relations. Equivalent experience may be
substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
