An Account Analyst is responsible for generating qualified leads for the sales team. The Account Analyst will work with the sales representatives and management, as well as analyze the market to determine appropriate campaigns for the region. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and promoting, these campaigns which may include targeted mailings, web seminars, and road shows. They will be responsible for creating awareness, generating interest, and qualifying leads for their sales region. Additionally, they will provide information on products and services to prospects and clients, as they are the first line of contact for inquiries for their region from various sources, including conference inquiries, web requests, and phone calls. The Account Analyst is also responsible for the data quality of the marketing database, including account and contact data. Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills. Organized detail oriented team player. Able to see a plan through to completion. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Marketing or communications degree a plus. Desired Skills: Some industry experience preferred. Salesforce.com experience a plus.
