Business Analyst/Electronic Communications Analyst
UC Berkeley - Main Campus The University of CA, Berkeley is seeking a Business Analyst/Electronic Communications Analyst to support the department of "Campus Life and Leadership" (CLL). CLL is at the center of student life at UC Berkeley and acts as the campus leader in promoting student engagement and co-curricular development by touching virtually every student with its programs and services. This Analyst will oversee the marketing and web development needs of the department, including the development of a new public service portal for the campus, as well as mapping business processes in various program areas to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and/or automation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years website development experience, including the administration of a Drupal content management system (CMS), and building easy-to-navigate functional web sites; experience doing business analysis including process mapping, process analysis, and process improvement initiatives and experience developing marketing materials with software tools like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and working with vendors on the production of campaign materials.
