MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Computer Science and four years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and six years of appropriate experience.

• Note: The Credentials Manager – HR/Payroll & Finance is responsible for managing the HR/Payroll and Finance Credentialing Team in delivering end-to-end services including consulting, process redesign, system, testing, training, documentation and testing for credentials. This will include managing credentialing plans for Managers, Campus End Users, and Help Desk staff (Tier 1 Service). Serves as a facilitator to interface their modules to other EIT or University software solutions. Work with campus managers to insure that issues are resolved that training and credentialing needs are being met in an effective and timely manner. Plan, assigns, and directs the activities of credentials staff for Student Administration Financial modules. Oversee and review the credentials testing program. Review the training and certifications mapped by roles to insure that they provide and test the knowledge and skills required to perform assigned tasks. Review and analyzes system test scripts and user/training documentation for effectiveness, clarity, and consistency. Develop and manage project plans for testing and scheduling of PeopleSoft Bundles and fixes implementation.

• Ability to review documentation, training material, test scripts, and credential tests to determine their efficiency in meeting needs FAMU;
• Ability to provide regular status reports written, verbal, and statistical showing status of ongoing projects; and
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Hr/Payroll/Financial Modules.
