Responsible for the incorporation of program and project management best practices within the division, as well as effective communication and collaboration with project and program managers across the university. Administer and continuously improve the IS&T project portfolio management process, play a significant role in division-wide knowledge management, supervise project managers, and manage select major projects.
Requires: Master's degree preferably in a subject area related to information systems and management, Project Management Institute certification, extensive experience with large and small-scale project planning and resource management, strong budget development and project financial tracking experience, experience leading major projects with successful outcomes and minimum of ten years of experience in IT management, including major project leadership and PMO formation/operation.
