The State University of New York at Cobleskill is preparing for its “second century” as it completes the transition to a primarily baccalaureate culture while contemplating the addition of graduate education. RESPONSIBILITIES: If you’re the right person, you already know, and can handle, the complex and often changing responsibilities associated with the collegial reengineering of a broad-based set of polytechnic disciplines on a unionized campus in a public university system facing difficult economic times (nationally and regionally). QUALIFICATIONS: a portfolio of demonstrable success in the Development and implementation of cultural change without chaos; Comprehensive management of enrollment in a primarily experiential milieu; Proactive management of resources (personnel, financial and otherwise); Navigation of the idiosyncratic enterprise that is higher education.
