For directions to the Friday Institute from various locations around the city, please see the institute's driving directions. There is plenty of free parking, but please try to avoid parking in the spots that say Reserved, as they are for the middle school. It is fine to park in the spaces marked Reserved FI, or any unmarked spots.

Shuttle Bus Transportation for the Focus Session

ELI will provide a shuttle bus for all attendees from the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle East hotel to The Friday Institute on March 27–28.

March 27

To the focus session: Catch the shuttle bus from the Embassy Suites to the Friday Institute between 12:45–2:15 p.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 12:45 p.m. Please note: The ELI Focus Session begins at 2:00 p.m.

From the focus session: Catch the shuttle back to the Embassy Suites between 6:45–7:15 p.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 6:45 p.m. Please note: The ELI Focus Session reception ends at 7:00 p.m.

March 28

To the focus session: Catch the shuttle from the Embassy Suites to the Friday Institute between 7:00–8:45 a.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 7:00 a.m. Please note: Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. and meeting sessions begin at 8:00 a.m.

From the focus session: Catch the shuttle back to the Embassy Suites between 4:00–5:30 p.m., where you can catch the complimentary shuttle or taxi to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Please note: The ELI Focus Session ends at 4:30 p.m.
