Registration Hours and Location

Please come to the registration desk during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note: You will need to present a photo I.D. in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.

• 2:00–4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4
• 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Monday, February 5

Conference Fees

*Your registration fee includes a breakfast Monday through Thursday; lunch Monday through Wednesday; and dinner on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Refreshment breaks are held each day in the morning and afternoon.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by January 4, 2007. If we have mailed you an invoice, please remember that your registration is not complete until your fees are paid (please note that a purchase order is not considered payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card by January 4, 2007). Please note also that if payment is not received by January 4, 2007, EDUCAUSE reserves the right to release your Institute registration or charge the credit card used as a guarantee. You will receive notification prior to your credit card being charged.

Cancellations postmarked on or before January 4, 2007 are entitled to a full conference refund; a fee of $350 will be deducted from refunds for cancellations received after this date. If you cancel after January 4, and have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $350.

Registration Lists

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Audio/Videotaping, Digital Recording, and Photography

Because all presentations and associated materials are the speakers’ intellectual property, please obtain the speakers' permission to record their session or activity in any medium. Recording for commercial purposes is allowed only with prior permission from both EDUCAUSE and the speakers. EDUCAUSE reserves the right to ask any attendee to move within or to leave a session venue if their use of technology is disruptive to speakers or other attendees. Note that by attending the conference, attendees have agreed to the terms of the EDUCAUSE Image/Audio/Video Release Form, which allows images, audio, and video recorded on site to be used for educational and promotional purposes.
