Registration Hours and Location

Please come to the registration desk, located in the Seville Ballroom Foyer, one floor below the hotel's main lobby, during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note that you will need to present a photo ID in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.

• 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 17
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18
• 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday,  March 19

Conference Fees

Your registration fee includes:

• an afternoon refreshment break and reception on Monday, March 17
• breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Tuesday, March 18
• breakfast and a morning refreshment break on Wednesday, March 19
• all program materials

*You must register and pay an additional fee for preconference seminars.

Guest Tickets

As noted, lunch is included in the conference registration price. If you wish to purchase a guest ticket for the Tuesday lunch, tickets will be available at the registration desk for $20 during registration hours. You may purchase a guest ticket for the Monday evening reception via the registration form

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference.

You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card to guarantee payment. A purchase order number does not constitute payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification and only if no other means of payment is received.

Cancellations postmarked on or before February 19, 2008, are entitled to a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after February 19, 2008, and have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration.

Registration Lists

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Image/Audio/Video Release Form
