Registration

Preregistration (online, phone, fax, e-mail, etc.) for the Security Professionals Conference is closed. If you are planning to attend, you can register on site at the Regency Ballroom Foyer Registration Desk beginning on Sunday, May 4.

Registration Hours and Location

Please come to the registration desk, located in the Regency Ballroom Foyer, during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note: You will need to present a photo I.D. in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.

  • 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 4
  • 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday, May 5
  • 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 6

Conference Fees

To assist you with budget and planning purposes the registration fees for Security 2008 will be:

Preconference Seminar per full day**(EDUCAUSE non-member) $250 $280

*Your registration fee includes:

  • breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and a reception on Monday, May 5
  • breakfast and refreshment break on Tuesday, May 6
  • all program materials

**You must register and pay an additional fee for pre and postconference seminars.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference.

You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card to guarantee payment. A purchase order number does not constitute payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification and only if no other means of payment is received.

Cancellations postmarked on or before Friday, April 11, 2008, are entitled to a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after Friday, April 11, 2008, and have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration.

Registration Lists

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Image/Audio/Video Release Form
