Registration Hours and Location

Please come to the Assembly Room, located on the first floor, during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note: You will need to present a photo I.D. in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.

• 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16
• 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 17

Conference Fees

The Registration fee for this conference is $225.

Your registration fee includes:

• lunch, an afternoon refreshment break, and a reception and dinner on Wednesday, April 16
• breakfast, lunch, and a refreshment break on Thursday, April 17
• All program materials

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference.

You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card to guarantee payment. A purchase order number does not constitute payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification and only if no other means of payment is received.

Cancellations postmarked on or before Tuesday, March 18, 2008, are entitled to a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after Tuesday, March 18, 2008, and have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration.

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.
