Conference Fees
*Your registration fee includes a light breakfast Monday through Thursday; lunch Monday through Wednesday; and dinner on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Refreshment breaks are held each day in the morning and afternoon. Attendance Requirement:
All attendees must bring their own laptop with wireless connectivity and a Web browser installed. Payment & Cancellation PoliciesPayment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by June 9, 2005. If we have mailed you an invoice, please remember that your registration is not complete until your fees are paid (please note that a purchase order is not considered payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card by June 9, 2005. Please note also that if payment is not received by June 9, 2005 EDUCAUSE reserves the right to release your Institute registration or charge the credit card used as a guarantee. You will receive notification prior to your credit card being charged. Cancellations postmarked on or before June 9, 2005 are entitled to a full conference refund; a fee of $350 will be deducted from refunds for cancellations received after this date. If you cancel after June 9, and have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $350. If paying by check, please send payment to: EDUCAUSE Lock Box Note: Use U.S. Postal Service only. FedEx, UPS, and other delivery services will not deliver to a post office box. Audio/Videotaping, Digital Recording, and PhotographyBecause all presentations and associated materials are the speakers’ intellectual property, please obtain the speakers' permission to record their session or activity in any medium. Recording for commercial purposes is allowed only with prior permission from both EDUCAUSE and the speakers. EDUCAUSE reserves the right to ask any attendee to move within or to leave a session venue if their use of technology is disruptive to speakers or other attendees. Note that by attending the conference, attendees have agreed to the terms of the EDUCAUSE Image/Audio/Video Release Form, which allows images, audio, and video recorded on site to be used for educational and promotional purposes.
