Abstract:Cornell University's information resources division has determined that its traditional way of developing information systems will be inadequate to meet the demands of the 90s. The division is changing the way it does business to deliver applications better and faster. This article describes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology Cornell is adopting to meet those goals.
