Centralized and Decentralized Support - 78 Resources

Overview

Centralized support refers to support that is provided from the central (usually IT) organization, and is believed to provide economies of scale, reduction of redundancies and improved management efficiencies. Decentralized support allows individual units to make autonomous decisions to bring it closer to the point of service or action.
