Communications Decency Act - 8 Resources

Communications Decency Act(1996), was a legislative attempt to ban the transmission of obscene or indecent material across the Internet on constitutional grounds. The case Reno vs. ACLU, the United States Supreme Court rejected the Communications Decency Act.
