Abstract:With select partners, Wayne State University is building an integrated solution for 24 x 7 Internet-based information systems. Presenters will describe all components of the solution including its unifying portal, servers, storage, and middleware. The solution includes monitoring tools to measure how well e-services meet customer expectations of availability, integrity, and performance.
