Abstract:Two years ago, the Office of Academic Computing at the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center began to implement a campus-wide system for the dissemination of information within the University. In the last eighteen months that system has been tied into a world-wide system via the Internet. This article explains the growth of that system and how the placement of information into the system is managed.
