| Abstract: | At Temple University's Fox School of Business, the high adoption of e-learning technology has resulted in a significant increase in the number of students, faculty, and staff requiring basic task literacy for such technology's continued adoption, use, and success. Established support systems emphasized computer labs for faculty with help desks for students. The increase from zero to 4,000 courses and 50,000 accounts in a three-year period, however, demonstrated the need for immediate, rapid, and highly available support to better facilitate adopters of e-learning innovation.
