Abstract:Connecticut College administrators no longer expect IT to "wave a magic wand" to get administrative or web system projects done when they want, regardless of complexity or available resources. This session will document a model IT resource allocation and project prioritization process (using a weighted scale) which directly involves senior staff, and other key administrators, as partners in the success of the IT environment at the college.
