Abstract:Figuring out what a new piece of technology will cost the institution is not an easy thing. The vendor price tag is only the start. This session will present a systems modeling approach to cost analysis and project justification. One tool for cost modeling will be presented along with a complete sample model and cost analysis for a proposed Unified Messaging (combined voice-mail and e-mail) system.
