Abstract:

Faculty and staff often cannot attend training workshops offered by the Montclair State University Office of Information Technology (OIT) because of scheduling conflicts. In addition, students sometimes require training in office applications to assist them with class projects. Although "how to" documentation is available on our Web site, OIT thought additional support, using video technology, was needed to address these issues.
