Abstract:The OIT Professional Leaders Program was created to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Based on the premise that leadership can be learned, developed, mastered, and applied, the program is designed to expose those individuals with executive/leadership potential to a variety of IT positions and scenarios.
