Abstract:How will the onslaught of handheld computers and wireless devices impact our existing organizations? This presentation will discuss how to develop a strategy regarding handheld and wireless devices. This strategy will include training, support via a help desk, purchasing assistance, application training, installation assistance, and security issues. Also included will be a discussion on presenting existing Web-based information in a format suitable for a small-screen wireless device.
