Abstract:

Illinois State University's Digital Citizen Project teamed up with Carnegie Melon University researchers to conduct multidisciplinary qualitative and quantitative analysis and studies of data regarding media downloading. Come see how this data informed the campus's current approach to P2P. The implications of the recent Higher Education Act for higher education and industry will also be discussed.
