Abstract:This session will explore distributed technology support from a results-oriented perspective. The discussion will take into consideration the nature of central and distributed organizations, with the goals of identifying opportunities for synergy and coordination, and clarifying areas that tend to be best delivered by central or distributed support units to avoid duplication of effort and unnecessary competition.
