Abstract:Most faculty operate largely within the confines of the Instructional Paradigm (with a focus on content delivery), but the pedagogical potential of instructional technology is best suited to learning-centered teaching styles. We will propose a two-stage faculty development model to achieve technology integration, transformational faculty development, and institutional transition to the Learning Paradigm.
