Abstract:

Drexel implemented LinkEdu e-mail as a companion to Drexel-provided e-mail to meet the overwhelming student demand for expanded capacity in order to replicate the vast storage available commercially without the cost and maintenance of additional storage units. This session will discuss the internal planning, negotiation, rollout, marketing, and support phases involved in successful implementation.
