Abstract:The University of Delaware is installing an electronic classroom management system allowing for immediate resolution of first-level technical problems in 160 centrally scheduled classrooms. The system provides remote monitoring and control of the equipment from a central call center. This presentation covers the considerations and tasks in creating that system.
