Abstract:Business activities are increasingly conducted with electronic transactions (e-documents) in Web-based systems. Indiana University's EDEN Workflow infrastructure now routes these e-docs quickly, accurately, and automatically through university business rules. From IU's OneStart portal, users respond to their e-docs in the appropriate format, at the right time, and from various applications.
