Abstract:Indiana University has developed a series of human resources electronic documents. Developed in house, these electronic documents serve as a front end to the core PeopleSoft environment, providing a decentralized process for departmental initiation and electronic routing (workflow) of HR-related actions. Upon electronic approval, documents are automatically saved to PeopleSoft.
