IT Funding Crisis Management Survey Questionnaire

This November 2009 survey is a critical component of the EDUCAUSE Center on Applied Research (ECAR) study on key issues related to the impact of the economic crisis on information technology funding and IT cost management. This study analyzes how IT budgets have changed over the past two fiscal years, catalogues the methods institutions have used to manage IT costs, and evaluates whether the funding crisis is enabling institutions to make fundamental changes in how they use and manage technology.
