Abstract:

Carnegie Mellon's Computing Services has developed an IT service portfolio to catalog the services it provides to the campus community. We will discuss the approach, challenges, and strategies we used to build and implement a dynamic, sustainable service catalog to improve productivity, processes, and satisfaction.
