Abstract:OHSU implemented a comprehensive system development life cycle (SDLC) methodology for the submission, planning, control, and management of IT projects. The project included the online submission of project requests; the implementation of processes to plan, manage, and control projects; the joint training of IT staff and customers; and an online tool to track project data.
