Abstract:Bentley implemented a new software development life cycle (SDLC) process that improves project success by prompting more interaction with end users and IT while also requiring formal sign-offs at critical checkpoints along the way. This presentation will provide an overview of the new process and demonstrate how formal SDLCs can improve project outcomes.
