Abstract:

This is the Information Technology Tactical Plan for Miami University. This project was Miami University's resulted in the approval of Miami's first IT strategic plan. The project involved a total of 1,441 contacts with students, faculty and staff, via 18 Think Tank sessions, 20 one-on-one interviews, 41 Focus Groups, 25 Feedback Sessions, and 2 electronic surveys. Broad campus support was received, and $3.2 million in new funding was allocated to the IT Services division to accomplish the objectives outlined.
