Abstract:

Once a campus-wide course shell is adopted, how do you integrate it into the campus community? After Wake Forest University adopted BlackBoard's CourseInfo in 1999, we were faced with this challenge. For the system to be successful, we needed to develop a program for recruiting, training, and supporting the faculty who would use the product.
