Abstract:With a grant-funded two-year pilot program, Wesleyan University Library and four other liberal arts colleges in New England are working together to offer real-time collaborative digital reference service. Our goal is to find a cost-effective solution for small liberal art colleges to extend reference services whenever and wherever our users may need them.
