Abstract:With the use of information technology on campuses, ethical and value dilemmas arise and campus policies are needed to guide and direct administrative decision-making in the face of these dilemmas. This article discussses key aspects of the "Proper Use Policy" and the "Think About It" implementation project at the University of Michigan.
