Abstract:Many institutions lack sufficient staff or money to handle content requests for their Web site. The City College of New York is using Web content management technology to empower its entire faculty and staff to become a collective Web development team. Nontechnical users can easily publish information and content. Our cohesive, up-to-date, and branded Web site helps attract prospective students and increase Web site usage.
