Abstract:The MISO Bryn Mawr Survey is a Web-based quantitative survey designed to measure the use and effectiveness for students, faculty, and staff of the services and resources of merged library and computing units. The survey team will talk about the development process, pilot implementation, and benefits of the instrument.
