Abstract:This presentation describes the ways that a highly productive cross-functional IT team captures work process and products across a range of communication genres to achieve shared product goals. The team's multimodal approaches for communication and collaboration involve both systems-based and systems-denying methodologies (blogs, e-mail, IM, traditional meetings, telephone) for each project.
