Abstract:

A survey to determine the pedagogical and technological supports available within the active learning classroom (ALC) environment was sent June 1, 2009. The invitation for survey responses (included here as an appendix) and the survey questions (attached) were sent to three listservs (EDUCAUSE LEARNINGSPACES, EDUCAUSE INSTTECH, POD), as well as the 51 contact individuals listed on the SCALE-UP website. The survey was provided using the SurveyMonkey website. The results were compiled from data collected June 1-8, 2009, from 51 respondents.
