Abstract:Washington State University has developed ProACT, a prospect tracking and communication system, tailored to the needs of both the central campus in Pullman and the geographically dispersed urban campuses. The system allows all university recruiting agents to share access to a comprehensive view of all prospect information and efficiently manage their recruiting activities.
