The front-end includes a customizable portal with a single authentication point and role-based access, online activities for customer self-service, access to administrative transaction activity and reporting/data analysis tools. A powerful workflow engine to automate routing and approval activities is also planned. This presentation will detail how Indiana University is designing and will deploy this universal web-based front end to all its administrative systems. | | View this resource: | |
