Abstract:

Stage 1 of the student life cycle involves how the individual establishes a relationship with the institution, from prospects to applicants to admits. Questions come to mind such as, How do you first know about prospective students? How certain are you that they are who they say they are? What services are they offered? This discussion and presentation session will ask the audience to consider these and other related questions and compare their answers to the presenters' views on emerging practice in this area.
