Abstract:

State and regional networks are not immune to the global economic downturn. While we face some hard decisions ahead, some StateNets are seeking opportunities in the midst of the crises. Panelists will share their insights on how their organizations are planning for the future in these uncertain times as well as how StateNets' history of collaboration can work to our mutual benefit.
