Abstract:This paper describes the evolution and implementation of the Enrollment Center Initiative to create a "virtual enrollment center" as the initial point of entry for prospective and returning students. This initiative resulted from a Total Quality Management process. Defining business processes and business requirements helped establish design specifications for systems development. The paper describes the automated systems that have been deployed via the Web, IVT, and kiosk.
